Relaxing in the shade, sunbathing by the pool, barbecuing, long breakfasts, peaceful surroundings, and only 10 minutes drive away from the beach. Villa Teodora is an excellent choice for a good holiday. The garden is spacious, with a private pool, parasols, comfortable deck chairs, plenty greenery and ideal for children. The area is calm, the mornings are fresh and sunny, and the evenings are peaceful and romantic. There are many good restaurants around, and the beaches have pure and clear sea. The entire property is exclusively for your use, the entire house, pool and garden.

Villa Teodora is located in a newly built, quiet village Presika surrounded by nature. From the town of Labin, where supermarkets (Lidl, Plodine), bank, gas station, are located, is only 3 km away. Villa Teodora is an excellent starting point for tours around Istria, visiting wine roads, olive groves, medieval towns. In summer in Istria, there are more than 1800 different tourist manifestations and programmes in which you can enjoy. Labin is based on the site of a Roman town on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist centre of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in cultural heritage, Renaissance and Baroque palaces.
