We are a Hungarian short-term rental management company with a variety of clients from individuals to investors, and properties both in Hungary and abroad. We believe that quality service can only be provided with in-house IT development. Besides our daily operation, we also created Hungary's first short-term apartment rental knowledge base, which we operate jointly with the largest Hungarian advocacy organisation in the industry, the Hungarian Association of Apartment Hosts. Your personal host is Ferenc. When you book, we will send you a link to a very detailed guide which contains essential information about your stay and the apartment, and is complete with recommendations on things to do and places to go. If you need anything during your stay, you can reach us between 9 am and 10 pm every day in the chat here as a preferred channel of communication. If anything comes up that needs to be dealt with in person, a team of professionals are available to handle them.

The apartment is located one floor above street level in a newly built building with an elevator. It is thoughtfully designed and includes a living area with an open-plan kitchen and dining space, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet and washing machine. In the bedroom, there is a queen bed (160x200). The living room features a comfortable seating area and a TV with smart platforms (all of which you can use with your own accounts), while the sofa can be converted into a double bed to accommodate two guests. The dining table seats four people. The windows overlook a pedestrian walkway with no car traffic, making the apartment pleasantly quiet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating for year-round comfort. Located in a neighborhood developed as part of Central Europe’s largest urban renewal program, the area offers excellent restaurants, bars, and a nearby shopping mall - all within walking distance.

The apartment is situated on Corvin Promenade, Central Europe's largest urban regeneration project. The promenade was designed to be friendly, convenient, vibrant, full of life, and totally liveable at the same time. It is a clean, organised and safe area lined with restaurants, cafes, shops, and green spaces. The project has seen the renovation of a total of 22 hectares of land, with 2,700 new apartments, 100,000 m2 of office space and 50,000 m2 of commercial real estate, mainly located in Corvin Plaza shopping mall. The carefully designed spaces are a result of the joint efforts of sociologists, preservationists, environmentalists, transport developers and architects aiming to regenerate the area to change both the built environment and the quality of life in the district for the better. The neighbourhood offers a wide range of services to enjoy, making it a popular meeting point in the city. It is surrounded by public spaces and interior courtyards, while all the cars are located in underground car parks so the pavements can be given over entirely to foot traffic.
