The house has a beautiful lake panorama and a fantastic location close to the citycenter. There is 1 separate bedroom, and a separated sleeping corner in the living room. The Wesselényi beach is in 450 m walking distance, the citycenter is 500 m. The land is 800 square meters and has access to two streets.
