The apartment is a complete, fully equipped flat in the middle of the downtown of Székesfehérvár. The house is a very old one, it has an inner yard, that's where the apartment is accessible from. All amenities and sights are very close, and despite the flat is right in the centre, it is very quiet and calm. When the weather is nice, it is lovely to sit in front of the apartment on a little terrace with a table and chairs provided.
I live in a separate flat in the same house, next door to the apartment. This way I am available quite easily for any queries. I only speak Hungarian, although I use Google translate quite well and my son is available to translate over the phone almost any time.
Székesfehérvár's downtown is very nice with its pedestrian cobbled streets that starts right from the apartment. The downtown is full of cafés, restaurants and every now and then you bump into stalls installed for the events of the twon. There is very little car traffic near the house as the street is a dead-end for cars. Just across the street, there is Alba Plaza, the town's biggest shopping mall. Parking is possible in Mátyás király street (the dead-end street that comes to the house), that is payable parking every working day from 8-18, outside these hours it is free. A little further, about 300 metres from the apartment, the parking lot of Fehér Palota Shopping Centre (inside TESCO and Media Markt) is always free of charge.
