Location: The apartment is located in newly built premium class residential area called "Marina Part". Within walking distance you can find all that you might need: ATM, 7/24 shops, barberry, massage, swimming pool, sauna, dentist, sport playgrounds, restaurant, conditioner, coffee shop, biking facilities and it's only a few minutes metro far from the Center. Yachting fans have the possibility of using the two international yacht ports at the same location. This is a safe and quiet area, the buildings have CCTV surveillance and 24 hour security on duty.
