PLEASE NOTE! The apartment is in the middle of the famous Gozsdu Udvar, where many bars, restaurants and clubs go wild at night so it CAN BE LOUD AND NOISY during the weekday and especially at the weekend. I'd recommend this apartment to mostly a group of friends, that come here to party, rather than families. The apartment is self-catering. The apartment is self-check-in. We have 1 free parking. Height restriction: 1,95 m The garage is about 200 m from the apartment. We can provide a baby cot if requested 24 hours prior to arrival. We cannot guarantee it in case of last-minute bookings. The accommodation is a private apartment offering NO hotel services: no reception, no daily cleaning, no towel change, etc. - Heating season: mid October-April (there is a central heating system controlled by the building not by us) - Air condition season: approx. mid June - mid October (there is a central cooling system controlled by the building not by us)
