Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place, enjoying country comfort within a short drive (20mins on highway) from Budapest's buzz and attractions. Be part of a local community, rather than just a visitor. Gödöllő is like St Albans or Windsor to London, or Versailles to Paris, a historic royal summer retreat and university town. Local insights, advice and bikes/ possibly a car is available at request, so are the friendly alpine dogs with the landlord, next door. The house is completely renovated in 2025, with quality materials, looks and feels like brand new.

Very quiet and residential, yet close to Budapest and Gödöllő is itself a remarkable historic and university town. The property is about 400 meters from a forest that used to be an imperial hunting forest for the Austro-Hungarian Kaiser
