The house is in a quiet location, approx. 500 m from the bathing complex. The house has 2 separate apartments, which can be booked together or individually. One apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 6 people (optimally 4 adults + 1-2 children). The 2nd apartment is on the 1st floor and can be reached via a staircase. There is space for 8 people (optimally 4 adults + 1-4 children). If you are traveling with small children who sleep with their parents, an additional occupancy (possible additional costs) is possible. Ask the landlord. The house is equipped with a kitchen and all kitchen utensils, such as a microwave, gas stove, 2 refrigerators, coffee machine and kettle, as well as crockery, cutlery and pots. There are also 2 televisions with satellite TV and FreeWifi in all areas. Free parking spaces are available in the garden. WE GUARANTEE A ROOM TEMPERATURE OF 20-21°C. On request, a higher temperature can be agreed at an additional cost. AIR CONDITIONING POSSIBLE AT AN EXTRA CHARGE !!! After the booking has been made, a DEPOSIT is due!!!!
