Tópart Apartmanok is a 5-star accommodation built in 2022, consisting of two apartments with separate entrances. The apartment flats are 65 m2 and 67 m2 in size. The apartments each consist of 2 double bedrooms and a living room with an American kitchen and a dining area. The apartment house can only be booked in one. The gate and entrance doors are operated with a coded electric lock. In the inner courtyard there is an 8 * 4 m, 1.5 m deep pool, a 5-person Wellis Palermo jacuzzi and a 5-person sauna house. Free, closed, camera-operated parking is provided for 2 cars. In the parking lot in front of the building, there is a camera parking space reserved for 2 more cars. In addition to sunbathing, swimming, barbecue facilities and table tennis are available in the courtyard. The apartments are air conditioned and feature a 139 cm SMART TV, free WIFI, electric shutters and a central heat recovery ventilation system. The 2 living rooms with American kitchen have an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer at the bottom.
