Name of “Betutu Bali” taken from name of the food or the typical cuisine of Bali is very famous made from Balinese duck and flavored with spices bali and then wrapped in a leaf stem nut or palm bali, than input into a clay pot and than burned to the way in fire using huska or bran from the outer pot continuously with embers stable for 8 – 12 hours. Typical dishes called “Betutu Bali” is made by the father of the owner of the villa around 1977 and started favored from Balinese people and the tourist abroad so that a typical menu of several restaurant famous such us: Bebek Bengil (dirty duck), Bebek Tepi Sawah, Lotus Lane Restaurant, Batan Waru Restaurant, Nomad Restaurant and etc, which are initially made from Mr. I Wayan Tekek (alm) the owner of the house until 2013.
