Tucked away in the peaceful area of Bingin, Moraira Villas offers a modern and comfortable escape. Each villa features elegant interiors, natural tones, and open spaces filled with sunlight and fresh air. Surrounded by greenery and just minutes from the ocean, this hidden retreat captures the feeling of relaxed tropical living in one of Bali’s most desirable coastal areas. Please note that there is construction taking place next door, with work scheduled from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. While we do our best to minimize any disturbance, some noise may be heard during these hours.

Moraira Villas is located in Uluwatu, a growing area on Bali’s southern coast known for its scenic beaches, surf spots, and relaxed atmosphere. Within about 8 minutes by scooter, you can reach Dreamland Beach, while several popular cafés and restaurants are scattered around the area. As the neighborhood continues to develop, you may notice some construction during the day, but the villa remains a comfortable and convenient base to explore Uluwatu and its surroundings.
