Spacious apartment with large double bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen and living room with extra bed
Right beside both Clongriffin DART station and the 24 hour 15 bus route into city centre, with easy access by car to the M50/M1 and Dublin airport. Shops, cafes, and a whole host of other amenities close by including the award-winning 54-acre Father Collins Park, encompassing natural woodland, sports pitches, children's playgrounds, and a 1.5 km peripheral running track. It is also in very close proximity to the nearby coastal areas of Portmarnock, Malahide and Howth.
