A tranquil seaside location to forget the fast pace of city life. This newly built apartment is located above 'Samphire Bar and Restaurant'. Nothing comes between you and the ocean in this apartment. It has panoramic views of the coastline and is the ideal spot to wrap up with a book overlooking the sea. At night, a wonderful experience is watching the famous Hook Head Lighthouse sweep it's light across the sea. Hook Lighthouse is the oldest working lighthouse in the world and is all yours to enjoy with no distractions!! This apartment is the perfect location for couples and families to relax, enjoy great fresh local food in a warm relaxing atmosphere, have fun with loads of fresh sea air, parents can enjoy local gin, whiskeys and beers or golf at the on-site golf course, walk in the local woods or sit and ponder at the blue-flag beach which is only minutes walk away.

Dunmore East is a gem on the South East coastline of Ireland. With its many coves and beaches, wonderful meandering hills and walking routes including woods walks and coastal trails, public park, coastal golf course, an adventure center including a sailing school, over nine restaurants to choose from every evening to include Italian cuisine to fantastic Irish traditional and seafood restaurants, every member of your family will find the perfect holiday for them. There are public tennis courts in the local park. There are riding schools which offer treks and early morning gallops on the beach on Sunday mornings. There is whale watching expeditions from the village also and private boat tours. There is an art gallery and art school also.All of this is within close proximity to this apartment. Dunmore East is also only 20 mins drive to Waterford City and 15 mins to the ferry on route to Hook Lighthouse tours - a must do!!!
