Hilltown House is a family home in Ballymitty on the outskirts of Wellingtonbridge, situated in the south east of Ireland's Ancient East. We are the ideal base for exploring the south east of Ireland, surrounded by gorgeous picturesque coastline. A short 15 or 20 minute drive will take you to many beautiful strands, Kilmore Quay or the Hook Lighthouse and peninsula. The area is stepped in history where you can follow the Norman way and visit historical sites such as Dunbrody Abbey and Tintern Abbey. A 30 minute trip will bring you to New Ross and 20 minutes to Wexford town. If you are looking for a rest stop on the Eurovelo 1 cycle route or travelling to Rosslare Europort (35min away). This is the perfect spot, whether you're just arriving off the ferry or preparing to say Slán go Fóil Èire ( good bye for now Ireland)
