Just a short walk from the prestigous Rothschild Boulevard. If you are into this spacious outdoor space with a private pool, dynamic area and brand new design, this charming 3 bedrooms apartment is for you. Two levels apartment with a large fully equipped American kitchen. The master bedroom as a king size bed and a bathtub The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. The last bedroom is equipped with king size bed. In addition there is another spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room is very spacious and open to a huge terrace with the crazy Jacuzzi.

Ideally located, Balfour street, in the famous building of Lev Ha'air. It's only at 15 minutes from Banana beach, you can enjoy the day, Rothschild Boulevard one of the most charming and popular places to stroll and relax in a cafe / kiosk and at night, the animation of the many bars and restaurants in Neve Tzedek. Shop at Carmel Market, one of Tel Aviv's largest markets, before taking time for a leisurely lunch in the Yemeni neighborhood. No need for a car, you are right next to everything, there are plenty of supermarkets, close to the train and the major bus stations on Allenby Street.
