It’s an Independent & compact sized Apartment, with private entrance, on 2nd Floor, at a prime location of Chandigarh, in Sector 49. The Apartment is a corner flat in the building with ‘enough ventilation and sunlight’ and is facing the Green Belt and Main Road. It has a attached Bathroom, Toilet, Kitchen, 2 balconies & a courtyard. Rooms with 'Open and Garden View' and with sitout balcony to enjoy a little fresh air as it is a 'Corner Flat' facing the wide main road and green belt. Centrally located at a very prime location in Sector 49 of Chandigarh and very close to all prominent places of Chandigarh and Mohali. Chandigarh International Airport, Chandigarh Railway Station, ISBT Sector 43, Sector 17 Plaza, Shopping Malls and tourist places like Sukhna Lake, Rock Garden, Rose Garden etc. are at just 10 to 15 minutes drive. PCA Stadium of Mohali and markets of Mohali for daily needs, shopping and restaurants are so close that you can even go walking. Close to Fortis Hospital, Max Hospital & GMCH, Sector 32, Chandigarh.
