our property is located in very decent and silent residential area, Raja seat,,Onkareshwar temple, Gadugay,1.5km from our place, Abby falls is 7km from our place, walkable distance we have Hockey ground, every summer and winter there will be tournment, near our house our neighbours has got some coffee estate, every summer many birds stay in our roof tiles, WE DONT'TAKE BACHELORS AND MIXED GROUPS, AS OUR PROPERTY IS SITUATED IN SENIORS RESIDENTIAL AREA,WE ALLOW COUPLES AND FAMILY ONL, more than 2 unmarried couples not allowed, alcohol not allowed,less than 18 year couple not allowed
left Corporate job, and taking care of own coffee estate, we like village life and simple life style with basic facilities, we are interested in developing our coffee estate and help our coffee estate labors, gardening and interior,
our place is way to Abby Falls, Madalpati, Rajas tomb is walkable distance, Raja seat less than 1 1/2km, Super market lees than 2 km, rental bike agency is less than 2km, we have parking area, Our place is Residential area, very quite place, most of our neighbors are senior citizens, So we don't allow loud music and and loudly speaking after 10 pm,
