River side villa. Upstair exclusive AC rooms with 2 beds of 36in X 78in(= 1 King size bed) with common living, dining & kitchenette combo. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito proof netting. 43inch Android TV with free wifi and internet access. Kitchen has gas&induction stoves, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle and refrigerator. Dining island with high chairs. Balcony and living space with riverview Balcony, Living , Dining and kitchen space common to guests in the 2 upstairs rooms. Common Ground floor sitout, carporch, riverside sitout. Exclusive morning rides on shikkara boats to lotus lakes nearby, and boat rides to villages and Vembanadu Lake on advance bookings. Presently the river in front of the property is fully covered by weeds and tall grass due to lack of periodic cleaning up.
I am a retired banker. Built and converted the up stair riverside rooms into the homestay in 2023 so that those who stay here could enjoy the ambiance the property provides besides meeting and interacting with new guests
