Our bright and cozy two-bedroom apartment is located near the Cotton Hill Junction with all basic amenities nearby. Our serene holiday home offers two bedrooms, one on each floor, with dedicated work space, kitchen and a living area. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. All the basic amenities are close by. 0.14 Km to Sreemoolam club 0.3 Kms to Tagore theatre 0.45 Km to Trivandrum club 1 Km to Manaveeyam Veedhi 1.8 Km to Kanakakkunnu Palace 2.5 Km to Napier Museum 3.4 Km to Padmanabhaswamy Temple 7 Km to Trivandrum International Airport ( 15 minutes drive) 11 Km to Trivandrum domestic Airport ( 20 minutes drive) 16 Km to Technopark Phase1 ( 30 minutes drive) A Supermarket, pharmacy, a business center, ATM and a dental clinic are just a few steps away. You can book an Uber or walk a few steps to pick an auto from the main road with barely any waiting time.
