The upper-level balcony door is open, suggesting a connection to the surrounding environment. The stairs to the first floor are outside, where you can see the dining area and pantry. The first floor features a deluxe bedroom (Anaar) with a private balcony offering a majestic view of the Kumaon hills. It is the largest room, with a spacious washroom and can accommodate two adults. There is also a second bedroom (Khubani) with a wardrobe and private balcony, with basic amenities and a private washroom. A private dining area and kitchenette are accessible from the first floor.
