The wifi is subject to the weather during the rainy season from May to September, as during this time lots of trees fall on the overhead cables and break them. This is a forest property - please book only after having a conversation with me. Nestled amid nature, it serves as a perfect getaway from the city and its noise. Become one with nature at its finest. Get pampered with two private streams where you can relax, meditate, and breathe pure oxygen. Dinner, and breakfast are included in the price. Situated just a stone's throw away (10 mins) from the Bhadra tiger wildlife sanctuary (Muthodi), guests can relax in a clean environment in a simple bungalow that perfectly blends the old with the new. The bungalow has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms don't have attached bathrooms but have exclusive bathrooms reserved for each room that is not shared with other rooms and are within the house. The bungalow has a terrace where one can sit and stare in silence at the beauty of nature. The Homestay is a virtual extension of the forest and is simple. Not recommended for guests who seek a luxurious property. The homestay is ideal for those who enjoy being and spending time in nature. There is very little mobile coverage of Airtel, Jio, and BSNL in selected spots outside the house. You are advised to carry a pair of gumboots to make it easier to walk around the estate. The approach road from the estate gate to the bungalow is a dirt road for around 300 meters. The estate itself is self-sufficient in activities, both indoor and outdoor. From walks and treks around the coffee estate to scrabble, carrom, and cards as part of the indoor entertainment.
