This memorable place is anything but ordinary.Unwind at this unique, secluded and peaceful cottage with breath-taking views of the Nilgiris and Shola forests. A Bird watchers paradise! Spend the night soaking in the magic of this sustainable getaway, gazing at the twinkling constellations,pretend you are lost in a magical forest as you curl up in the swinging chair !

Just 500 mts off of Gudalur Oooty road , the road leading to Thendral passes through a village called Mettuchery where one needs to be careful as the road is narrow and passes through a series of small houses .
Thendral is a 5 acre farm where you can drive up to the cottage and there is ample open car parking available. Its surrounded by forest on three sides and one can enjoy a walk to the neighbouring hill or to the small village adjoining our property where they can experience local living
