A beautiful, newly renovated private house with 3 bedrooms located central Akureyri.
The house becomes with a private, large patio with 1 hot tub/jacuzzi as well a ice/cold tub, just like how we in Iceland like it! And of course a BBQ Gas grill.
The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with a walk in shower, washing machine and a dryer.
3 Comfortable bedrooms with blackout curtains, a large living room with a dining table and a fireplace. A smart TV with multiple applications.
Located centrally in Akureyri however, not on the main street so you avoid the weekend night noise. It's a 10-15 minute walk to get to the main street, to Akureyri church and the harbor.
Free parking on the street. 6 minute walk to the local swimming pool.
