Located in a super central position, 5 minutes by bike from the sea (15 on foot) but also less than 5 minutes from the motorway exit (Viareggio). Equipped with 2 private parking spaces, air conditioning in every room and Wi-Fi, it is perfect for those who love tranquility without sacrificing the convenience of its location.
