Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. Check out will normally be by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small and medium-sized dogs, NO CATS, and we ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Large, recently renovated apartment located in the center of Sestri Levante, just a 5-minute walk from the central alley and the Baia del Silenzio beach. Surrounded by all amenities and a few minutes' walk from the train station, the accommodation is ideal for visiting Sestri and the Gulf of Tigullio with locations such as Portofino and Santa Margherita or Moneglia and Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour's drive. Free WI-FI and air conditioning. Located on the fifth floor of a total of five in a condominium, equipped with a lift. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle and a dining table, while the living room is equipped with a spacious sofa, TV and a second dining table. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds, for a total of six beds. In the second bedroom the two singles can also be joined to form a double bed if necessary. There are wardrobes and bedside tables in all rooms. A cot/crib for children (0-2 years) and a high chair are also available. The main bathroom consists of toilets and a shower while in the service bathroom you will only find toilets and a washing machine. The bed and bathroom linen are provided by us for the number of people in the reservation and are included in the price. There are two air conditioners in the house. The heating for the winter months is centralized, so the times and dates of switching on and off will be managed by the condominium. There is NO private parking available. Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed with a supplement. NO CATS. As per the extract from the condominium regulations, we point out the PROHIBITION OF: - Storing bicycles and other objects in the doorway, on the landings or in the courtyard - Any disturbing noise is prohibited after 10 pm (voices, TV, radio, etc.) - It is forbidden to beat carpets, cloths or other things on the kitchen side or outside the hours 7-21.

The house is located in a super central area, a few steps from the central alleyway of Sestri Levante which leads to the famous Baia del Silenzio beach. In fact, in just five minutes on foot you can reach the beach and have access to all the services in the center that you may need during your stay: bars, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists and bakeries where you can taste the famous Ligurian focaccia. There are also free public parking lots along the street. The station is only 800 meters away and can therefore be easily reached on foot by those traveling by public transport or if you want to visit the surroundings using the trains. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, which are less than an hour away. A destination also loved by sportsmen and nature and trekking lovers: in fact, on the hills surrounding the city there is a dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty. Sestri is also about 45 minutes from Genoa, a city of incredible beauty with its characteristic alleys, churches and period buildings, the Old Port and the famous largest aquarium in Europe.
