Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Small and medium-sized animals are accepted with a surcharge of 5 euros per night per animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often permitted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). Large apartment located on the fourth floor of five in a building, equipped with a lift. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, moka and dining table. It is also equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses and everything that can be used for guests' meals and breakfasts. The living room is equipped with a large sofa, armchair and TV. In the apartment there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one complete and one service. In the first bedroom, in addition to a comfortable double bed, there is a large wardrobe, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a TV. In the second bedroom, in addition to the double bed, there is a wardrobe, two bedside tables, dresser and TV. In the third bedroom there is a bunk bed. In the house there is also a children's bed and a high chair, making the accommodation also suitable for those traveling with small children. The main bathroom consists of a toilet, bidet, sink and bathtub which can be used as a shower. In the service bathroom you will only find a toilet, sink and washing machine which can be used during your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided by us for the number of people booked and are included in the price. The house is equipped with free WI-FI connection. There is air conditioning. The heating for the winter months is centralized, therefore times and dates of switching on and off are directly managed by the condominium according to their rules and according to the directives of the municipality of Sestri Levante. Free private parking and in the immediate vicinity there are also free public parking lots. Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed.

The house is located in a super central area, a few steps from the central alleyway of Sestri Levante which leads to the famous Baia del Silenzio beach. In fact, in just five minutes on foot you can reach the beach and have access to all the services in the center that you may need during your stay: bars, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists and bakeries where you can taste the famous Ligurian focaccia. There are also free public parking lots along the street. The station is only 800 meters away and can therefore be easily reached on foot by those traveling by public transport or if you want to visit the surroundings using the trains. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, which are less than an hour away. A destination also loved by sportsmen and nature and trekking lovers: in fact, on the hills surrounding the city there is a dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty. Sestri is also about 45 minutes from Genoa, a city of incredible beauty with its characteristic alleys, churches and period buildings, the Old Port and the famous largest aquarium in Europe.
