Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION : -We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. -To get to the elevator entrance you need to go up a flight of stairs. -The parking is NOT under the house but about 5 minutes walk away. During check in they will show you how to get there. POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 1 euro/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people to those declared: normally we ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Luxury apartment located a few steps from the historic center and about 500 meters from the beaches and less than ten minutes walk from the Bay of Silence. The proximity to the center and all services makes it the ideal accommodation for visiting Sestri and the Gulf of Tigullio with places such as Portofino and Santa Margherita or Moneglia and Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour's journey. Sestri is also 45 km from Genoa. There is free air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection and PRIVATE PARKING. Completely renovated, finely furnished and designed to offer you maximum comfort in a relaxing and functional environment, the accommodation is located on the first floor of four of a building equipped with a lift and opens onto a comfortable living room, equipped with a sofa bed for two people, TV and dining table. A large French window illuminates the room and provides access to a balcony overlooking Piazza della Repubblica, one of the most central and evocative of Sestri Levante. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your meals: induction hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, moka and dishwasher, kitchen utensils and crockery. The apartment offers a total of six beds: in addition to the sofa bed, there are two bedrooms both equipped with a double bed. In the second bedroom you will also find a television and a second access to the living room balcony. A folding cot for children is available upon request and subject to availability. Finally there are two bathrooms, both complete with bathroom fixtures and a large shower and a storage room with washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. The shutters in the house are electric. There are blackout curtains in the windows. Pets are not allowed. The heating for the winter months is centralized, therefore the switching times are managed by the condominium.

The house is located in the center of Sestri Levante a few steps from the central alley of the town, where you will find all the services you may need: bars, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists and bakeries where you can taste the famous Ligurian Focaccia. In less than ten minutes on foot you can reach the splendid Baia del Silenzio or the Baia delle Favole and the other beaches of Sestri Levante. The train station is only 500 meters away and is therefore easily reachable on foot, making the accommodation convenient for those traveling by public transport. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous places in the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or by following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa, a city of incredible beauty with its characteristic alleys, churches and period buildings, the Old Port and the famous largest aquarium in Europe.. Sestri is also a popular destination for sportsmen and lovers of nature and trekking: on the heights there is in fact a dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty.
