Check in will be done in person by a representative of the AffittaCamere. You will be contacted on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize the arrival. Once on site you will be shown the accommodation and given the keys. Check in time is from 3 pm. Check out time is by 10 am. Guests can always be in contact with us for any need or problem during their stay. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax The municipality of Chiavari from JANUARY 1, 2025 applies a tourist tax of 1.00 euros/day per person (up to 7 nights) all year round, which will be collected separately. Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. From October 2025, the amount will become 1.50 euros according to the decision of the Municipality of Chiavari.

Apartment located within the Affittacamere Sara Home structure in the center of Chiavari, just 200 meters from the sea. Ideal accommodation for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio, to visit the city but also the nearby towns of Portofino and Santa Margherita, Sestri Levante, Moneglia up to the Cinque Terre, an hour's journey away. A few steps from the historic center and the beach, equipped with air conditioning and free wi-fi. Located on the first floor, reachable using a lift, the accommodation consists of a modern and equipped kitchen, complete with hob, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery. In addition to the dining table, there is also a TV and a small sofa bed ideal as an additional bed for one or two children maximum (the measurements are approximately 1.54 cm x 160 cm once opened). A French window makes the room bright and provides access to the balcony of the house. In the bedroom, welcoming and carefully furnished, you will find a double bed, a wardrobe for your personal effects, a TV and a desk, which can be used as a work area if necessary. Here too there is access to the apartment's balcony. Finally there is a bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures and a large shower. Free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning which can also be used as a heating function in the winter months. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us and is included in the booking price. There is no private parking. You can park along the street or use the large free car park in Colmata a Mare, about 500 meters away, or the paid Cattaneo car park, 100 meters away. Animals are not allowed. For rubbish you will find the bins in front of the entrance.

The guest house is located in a street parallel to the Chiavari seafront, a suggestive walk that starts from the tourist port and reaches the other end of the town, allowing a 3.5 km walk along the beaches and bathing establishments. In fact, to get to the sea you just need to take an underpass and in less than five minutes on foot you will be there. Equally close is the historic center of Via Martiri della Liberazione, with its medieval arcades where you will find all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants where you can taste the delicacies of Ligurian cuisine. Chiavari offers all the services you may need within a short distance. If you have difficulty finding parking along the street, the large Colmata a Mare car park is a guarantee of being able to find a free space even in the busiest periods. It will take you less than ten minutes to walk to the accommodation. The station is only 190 meters away, so it can be reached in a few minutes on foot, making it ideal accommodation also for those traveling by public transport. In addition to visiting the city of Chiavari, you can also reach other places in the area with short journeys by car or train such as Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or by continuing in the opposite direction to pearls such as Sestri Levante, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour. A favorite destination not only for sea lovers, this area of Liguria is also chosen by nature and trekking enthusiasts: kilometers of paths in fact wind along the hills that reach the sea, offering enchanting panoramic views of the coast. Chiavari is also about 30 minutes from Genoa and an hour and a half from Pisa.
