Newly renovated apartment in the center of Florence with high end finishes, thick comfortable mattresses, premium linens and pillows, new electronics, modern AC/heat, Nespresso machine, high speed internet (600 Mb/s), work desk, and a full kitchen with large dining table. Summertime can be hot so we have a great A/C system! The apartment is 7 min walk from the SMN train station, Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio. Bedroom #3 also serves as a TV room with 65" LCD screen and SONOS surround sound system. The apartment both a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector for guest safety.
Our local host will greet our guests. If you need assistance with bookings, tours, private chefs our concierge service is available on request. Additional fees for customized experiences would be paid directly to the concierge. Our local hosts are well connected in the city of Florence to help you find those memorable spots that only locals know about.
The apartment is 7 min walk from the SMN train station, Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio. Good news, within 5 minutes are amazing restaurants, shopping, and luxury stores including Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and more. We will provide a list of local restaurants and attractions. The street is quiet and in a great neighborhood. There is a PAM supermarket next to the apartment so this makes it very easy to buy food and cooking supplies in case you want to cook in the apartment. Florence is a walking city but if you need a cab, the piazza Santa Maria Novella is a 3 min walk or the main train station (Santa Maria Novella SMN) is just 7 minutes by foot.
