You can choose between rooms with en-suite bathrooms, or apartments with fully equipped kitchens. What you'll love about this property is the ease with which you can organize your time, as you can access from 3:00 PM onwards with self check-in and with no-time restrictions. Car or motorcycle parking is easy and secure. We're just a few meters from the bus stop that connects Catania's historic center with Catania Airport and the Central Station every 25 minutes. You'll love our location, as you're within walking distance of restaurants, theaters, services, interesting places, monuments and tourist attractions, markets, and shops. At your arrival you will find rooms and apartments cleaned, and beds made with cotton sheets, and we will provide to give you a set of cotton towels for each guest, and shower gels and single-dose soaps. Daily housekeeping is included for rooms, with towel changes every 3 days. This service is not included for apartments. The building has no elevator or reception. Smoking is prohibited on the property, and a penalty will be applied to those found guilty. Although we love anima, it is forbidden to bring animals. A valid photo of your ID Card must be provided for each guest, children included , in compliance with the Italian law (Art. 109 of the TULPS). It is forbidden to bring or consume food in the rooms (food is permitted in the apartments). Late arrivals are permitted, with self-check-in only. Parking in the secure parking lot must be booked and confirmed prior to your arrival.

The apartment is located in the center of Catania, in a neighborhood that includes Bellini Park (which you'll love if you love nature or a morning jog), the shopping district, Catania's main street, Via Etnea, and the network of streets lined with thousands of restaurants and bars. This lively and cosmopolitan area is home to a wide variety of businesses, shops selling local and international fashion brands, artisan markets, restaurants, and cafes. In fact, this is where you'll find Savia Bar, one of the city's oldest cafes, famous for sampling some of the city's most famous dishes, such as arancino, granita, cannoli, and much more. Catania is a vibrant city that never sleeps. You'll love our colorful and lively markets, such as the fish market, "A Piscaria," the "Fera 'o Luni," and the Sunday flea market. We'll do our best to help you discover the best the city has to offer and will try to convey the pride we feel for our neighborhood. It's extremely convenient to stay here during events at Villa Bellini and the Metropolitan Theater.
