Fully equipped, it features a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine, ceramic hob, and fridge with freezer. You will also find an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, and ski storage. Upon arrival, basic necessities and linen for the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen are provided. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a table with benches, a barbecue, and a fountain. An electric car charging station is also available. Thomas, your host in Sant’Antonio di Mavignola Born and raised in Sant’Antonio di Mavignola, I love the mountains and can recommend the best places to eat, drink, buy local products, and visit. I am discreet but always available for any needs. For your safety, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each arrival, following current hygiene standards. Additional cleaning or linen changes during your stay are available for a small extra fee. The FWA internet connection has been upgraded for better stability and speed, and the living room has blackout curtains; face masks are available on request. On request, I offer e-bike rentals with pedal assist, and on weekends, guides for excursions in the valley. For a sustainable stay, the apartment also has an electric car charging station (services at an additional cost).
Sant’Antonio di Mavignola is a small village located between Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio, ideal for those seeking the tranquility of the mountains and the warm hospitality of Trentino. The village offers a children’s playground, a park information point, 3 restaurants (Hotel Tosa, Hotel Posta, and Al Fratè da Streza), and a supermarket. The apartment, located on the ground floor of an independent chalet, is newly built and well insulated with external cladding, double-glazed windows, and underfloor heating. It includes a private parking space (a second space is available for an extra charge) and faces the main road, making it easy to reach. Numerous hiking trails start from the village and the valley: • Clemp and its fort • Vallesinella and the waterfalls through Val Brenta • Lake Valagola up to Rifugio 12 Apostoli • Rifugio Cornisello via Val Nambrone • Rifugio Ritort through Milegna and Val Chestria The bus stops less than 50 meters from the apartment, providing easy access to nearby destinations.
