This Residence was born in 2007, with the intent of bringing back to life the old movie palace Adriano. A careful restoration keeps intact the external structure of the building while renovating the interiors with modern taste whose structural elements are defined by architectural decorations. The architect conceived apartments of different sizes and layouts, all quiet and full of light, enveloped in a movie-set mood. Every apartment pays homage to a movie star. This unique facility makes you instantly feel at home while offering all the comforts of a modern hotel.
The property has created the Residence from the beginning, creating the interior design and the architecture of the place. Today they work hard to keep a hight standard of quality in the all the apartments. The company, now specialized in the high-profile housing industry, is constantly committed to satisfy every need of the client, and to make every stay a special one.
The Residence Adriano is located on via San Felice, one of the most elegant and fashionable streets in Bologna. The nearest via del Pratello is one of the most typical street of Bologna here you can find bars and typical restaurants. The apartment is located in a very central zone, from here, every spot in town is easily reachable by foot. Its perfect position allows its guests to visit the city centre and also move freely toward less central areas: the city Fair, the hospital, the train station, the airport.
