The structure offers now 5 individual flats derived from a building that has been hunting 🏹residence of the Medici Family, the ancient noble family of Florence ❗Today Cafaggio is completely restored by skilful hands👐, while respecting the constructive traditions of Tuscany. From the windows🪟 of each flat you will enjoy an extraordinary view 🌞of the valley below,🌳🌳 which is populated of medieval villages🏡 rising among woods and crossed by the Arno River. This territory is also known for the presence of characteristics and famous Balze. If you want to hike🥾, bike🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️ or even ride in the nature 💚🏞️, if you want to visit the art cities, if you want to taste wines 🍇🍷from Tuscany vineyards along the famous "Strada del Vino" (wine road), or spend a day by the pool🏊🏊‍♀️ , you will find the warm welcome by the management, taking care of all your needs.

Loro Ciuffenna, a small village located on the slopes of Pratomagno, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, offers art, tradition, typical products and beautiful landscapes. The village is fully build in stone and it is one one the major attractions of the area, starting from the Old romanesque Bridge and the ancient watermill, still in working, to the beautiful square dominated by the clock tower. The city Hall is home to the museum Venturino Venturi , contemporary painter and sculptor. Leaving the village definitely not to be missed a visit to the Church of Gropina, truly one of the most beautiful Romanesque churches in Tuscany and in the context of the small village of Gropina to which it belongs , will make your visit truly memorable. From our farmhouse is possible visit Le balze dell'acqua zolfina, Le Balze area has been declared a Protected Natural Area of Local Interest. Definitely one of the most beautiful and fascinating landscapes of Valdarno: that which is believed to be the backdrop to the famous Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci. The Balze were formed, as has happened in Bryce Canyon in Utah, from sediment deposited by a lake in the Pliocene and Pleistocene, this lake was about 20 km long, occupying the current Valdarno. Over the millennia, when the lake has receded, its sediments have been subjected to a continuous action of erosion by the weather who have modeled them until assuming the fascinating shapes of now.
