Company information

My name is Franca and I manage, with my family, our Farmhouse . I care for almost everything with the help of my staff. I do the reception of customers, the management of the pool with Susanna, the garden with Marino, the cleaning with Mariury. I produce jams and prepare delicious breakfasts with homemade bread and croissants. . We eat all together and it's a great opportunity to meet and become familiar. I am a sociable and discreet person, friendly and always ready for the needs of my customers.

Property information

The apartments are in our Farmhouse, sorrounded by fields and woods, a haven of peace and tranquility just 15 minutes from the historical center of Perugia. They are clean, well furnished and comfortable. The kitchens are fully equipped. There is a nice pool in a secluded area of the large garden, a lake for fishing and a riding school at just one kilometer away. You can end up in the common room and maybe play table tennis. The Farmhouse is narrowly restricted to a forest and you can have beautiful walks. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and an area for drying laundry at your disposal.

Neighbourhood information

The apartments, although they are in the country, are close to many services: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants, a tobacconist, gas stations ... and they are in a strategic position to easily reach the many cities of art and the natural beauty that our region offers. Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Spoleto, Montefalco, Bevagna, Todi, Corciano, Trasimeno Lake, the Marmore Waterfalls, the Plain of Castelluccio and more. From here it is easy to reach the nearby Tuscany too.
