Bareteri is a modern, comfortable and tidy holiday home located on the second floor of a newly renovated building in "Sestiere San Marco" not far from the historic church of St. Marco, with two amazing terraces. In the most elegant and historic part of Venice, overlooking a wonderful Rio, Residenza ai Bareteri stands out, a modern charming apartment with every kind of comfort, starting from an entirely marble bathroom, passing through a kitchen with a granite top and silver leaf doors and ending in a wonderful living room with a Venetian terrace and with a breathtaking view of a busy Rio of Venetian Gondolas. Completely renovated with famous designer furniture, Residenza ai Bareteri consists of two wonderful terraces where you can dine in the moonlight with your loved one or relax after a walk through the historic center.

San Marco district is the tourist heart of Venice with famous monuments such as the Basilica di San Marco, Palazzo Ducale and Ponte dei Sospiri. The area is always crowded and there are many restaurants near Piazza San Marco as well as in the surrounding areas which offer multilingual menus for international tourists. The area is provided also of many shops and supermarkets. The apartment position is perfect to visti Piazza San Marco and Rialto.
