“ALBA sul MARE” is a very modern B&B with sea view, recently renovated with care and high design. Home automation system, awnings and shutters with automatic opening and closing, WiFi, air conditioning and flat screen TV in all rooms. Two bedrooms to rent individually or both and therefore the entire apartment, each with a mini bar, one with a terrace. Private internal bathroom in each room. Alba sul Mare has a shared kitchen, and when it comes to rooms rented individually, use is only for breakfast, always with a terrace with sea view, while, if rented in full, use of the apartment is complete with everything you need. Equipped with utensils, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. We offer our guests a "packaged" breakfast included in the price which includes biscuits, croissants, rusks, jams, Nutella, coffee, tea and sweeteners. On request we provide products for people intolerant to gluten. Daily cleaning service. Alba sul Mare is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. A private parking space for renting the entire apartment and alternatively free pass for 2 euros per day. The apartment is located on the third floor, without a lift, in Porto Ercole in a very quiet and safe area. 5 minutes walk from the seafront. Possibility of renting bicycles and scooters nearby. Free shuttle buses to reach the beaches. Tourist tax to be paid at check-in.
