The Allegretto is a comfortable 75 sqm apartment located on the first floor (second floor american) of an ancient building from the 1500s. It is located in a very central area, lively but far from the chaos, full of coffee shops and restaurants, frequented by locals. On the ground floor you'll find a spacious independent entrance equipped with a wardrobe where you can leave your shoes, coats, suitcases, stroller etc. In this room you will also find a small storage room with the washing machine, clothesline and detergents. Up the short stairs you'll find a comfortable living room with a sofa, a coffee table, a glass dining table, comfortable padded chairs, a bookcase, antique carpets and an additional folded bed. Next to the living room there's a bright kitchen with everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher. On the same floor you'll find a bedroom with a large double bed, an antique drawers, a small desk and an armchair, Venetian style bedside tables, an antique mirror, an antique tapestry and a small stool. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be combined if needed, a dresser, a mirror and a bedside table. All the beds don't have a footboard so you will sleep comfortably even if you are very tall. In the hallway there is a built-in wardrobe. You will also find a bathroom with bidet and shower. Sheets and towels are included. In the same building on the third floor, without elevator, you will find the one bedroom apartment of 47 m2, equipped with the same comforts.

The Allegretto is a lovely apartment in the heart of the ancient city, overlooking two typically Venetian squares. With a walk of a few minutes, you will arrive at the Rialto Bridge, the Basilica of St. Mark, the Doge's Palace, and all the most important monuments of the city. The area is very central but it is not located above crowded and noisy streets. Very close to the apartment you'll find three well-stocked supermarkets, two bakeries, many coffee bars, a fruit and vegetable shop, an automatic laundry with dryers, different types of restaurants, a pharmacy, a hair salon, a wine shop and all shops you could need. You can get to the apartment from the airport easily, the boat service "Alilaguna" that connects the airport to the city stops at "Fondamente Nove", just a five minutes walk from the property.
