If you want to visit the city at the foot of Etna and enjoy every minute of Catania, this is the place to stay. The charming independent villa is located in Vaccarizzo (Catania). 500 meters from the sea, 18km from the fifth national airport "Catania - Fontanarossa". A few steps from the best SHOPS in Catania and Sicily in general: IKEA, APPLE STORE, PRIMARK, DECATHLON, LEROY MERLIN. Immersed in the beating heart of the regional industrial sector, some companies are mentioned: St Microelectronics, Enel Green Power 3 Sun, Sibeg "Coca Cola", Amazon, Eurospin Centro Logistico, Comer Sud, F.lli Di Martino Trasporti, Luigi Cozza Trasporti, Pfizer , Nicolosi Trasporti, F.lli Arena - Decò. Well positioned in relation to the Catania and Syracuse seaside areas. The apartment, welcoming and well finished, is equipped with all the essentials to guarantee a worry-free holiday.

It is a summer resort area, populated in summer and less in winter. Inside the village there is a food minimarket. The nearest supermarket is Eurospin which is 6 minutes away by car. It is a relaxing and peaceful place. Holiday suitable for families with children who wish to have their own privacy without giving up the proximity of the various places of interest. -My guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal. The kitchen is equipped with everything (hob, oven, cutlery, plates, glasses. Towels, sheets, pillow cases, tablecloths, hair dryer, hand soap, shower shampoo, bath foam will be provided. The house is composed as follows: - a large living-dining room overlooking the garden equipped with 2 sofa beds, 1 single bed, TV, delightful kitchen equipped with stove, pots, cutlery, refrigerator; -1 double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers; -1 bedroom with bunk bed, wardrobe; -1 bathroom complete with washing machine, ironing board. -1 outdoor shower; -External patio with table and chairs that allows you to have lunch / dinner in the open air; -Outdoor garden surrounded by mandarin trees
