This brand new 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms is located on the second floor of the Residence Levante. It was built in 2020 and is just a few minutes away from Piazza Mazzini and the beach. Our guests can relax at the pool and enjoy the large furnished terrace.
This brand new apartment has a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy your lunches and dinners.
The apartment has an interior area of about 70 square meters and provides:
- large living area with kitchenette
- 2 bedrooms with double bed
- 2 bathrooms with shower cabin
It can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, TV, air conditioning & heating.
Guests can use the apartment and the swimming pool. The pool is shared with the other guests of the small Residence Levante apartment complex (4 parties). Please note that beach service is not included, 2 sunbeds at the pool area are included.
