It is only through our reliable cooperation that several thousand landlords trust us, for whom we realise bookings every day. +++ After booking, you will receive the booking confirmation from us on behalf of the landlord with all details of the booking, the property description and the payment information. +++ After receiving your down payment (25%) and the final payment (approx. 4-6 weeks before the start of the rental), we will send you the rental voucher with all the information for check-in. +++ In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled, please cancel via the customer page of Booking. Payable on the spot: fixed additional charges 50 EUR per object per stay. final cleaning (if not performed by the tenant) 40 EUR per object per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: children bed 18 EUR per bed per week. air conditioning 35 EUR per room per week. bed linen 8 EUR per person per first time use and changing. hand towels 5 EUR per person per first time use and changing. Pets: allowed, EUR 35.00/pet per stay.
