Appartamenti in villa, contornata da ampio e bel giardino, con terrazze sovrastanti accessibili agli ospiti con vista mare. Dispone di grande piscina adiacente il giardino condivisa con sole altre 4 ville. Possiede posto auto privato coperto nella proprietà in struttura in pietra e legno.
Sono amante della Sardegna e della posizione esclusiva della mia villa "La Flarida" . Con la mia famiglia in primavera e estate soggiorniamo per alcuni periodi a Porto Cervo. Mi piace incontrare i miei ospiti, quando sono presente in struttura, soprattutto per le mie vacanze estive. Comunque possono arrivare e partire indipendentemente poiché possono utilizzare il Keybox per le chiavi e i loro accessi sono separati e privati. Ho personale fidato per controllo e pulizie degli appartamenti. Tutti comunque possono chiamare per qualsiasi informazione.
Siamo in una posizione residenziale ideale per le vacanze a Porto Cervo, in prossimità delle spiagge più famose, pur non essendo nel centro abitato, piuttosto affollato e non rilassante. Qui, zona Pantogia, è ottimo rilassarsi , nuotare in piscinai senza rumori, sentendo anche le cicale e godendo di una visita fantastica sia del mare che delle rocce di Porto Cervo. Gli appartamenti si trovano a pochi minuti di auto da i locali più celebri come il Billionaire e il Sopravento.
