Pretty apartment on the ground floor in ancient building in the heart of the historical town. Ideal for couples or a family with children. The apartment has a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, bathroom with shower, living room with double sofa bed, tv and dining space with spacious fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful porch with table, chairs, deckchairs. Washing machine is also available. Upon request we can provide highchair and crib for infants. The apartment building has a private parking which is almost always available. During peak periods, when the palace is fully inhabited, if there were parking availability problems, at two-minutes walk from the apartment, there is a large municipal free parking. The lake is within easy walking distance (15-20 minutes) or accessible by bicycle ( or by car of course...). All the main services are at walking distance (Banks, Post Office, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Restaurants, Bars, Icecream bar, Bakery, Butcher and Fish Monger, Fruit&Veg shop, playground).

Hi all, I’m Elisa, I'm originally from Parma but I have been living in San Felice del Benaco since 2008. I moved to this beautiful village for Love! I have two wonderful children, a girl born in 2011 and a boy born in 2014. I'm a Biologist, but at the moment I am a full-time mom. I love riding my motorbike and travelling...even if both have got a bit more difficult with children! I like to pack my backpack and go...this is a real travel for me...discovering new places and different cultures with no plans. My favourite trips were Chile and Bolivia in 2004, with a backpack and a flight ticket...and touring Corsica by motorbike with a tent in 2008. I hope Booking will give me the chance to meet many people of different nationalities and have a taste of their culture! and why not…polish up my English and my Spanish (I lived in Madrid for a year many years ago, fantastic experience!). I live with my family nearby (5 minutes walk) and I’m available for any need. If you want to know me I'll be happy to offer you a real Italian coffee in my apartment!

San Felice is a charming town, with a lot of atmosphere, where everything is within reach! If you want you can leave the car and move around on foot or by bicycle that can be rented nearby. For those unwilling to use the car the beaches of white pebbles are easily accessible on foot with a walk of about 15 minutes or by bike. However, for those who do not like walking, there are large parking ... For nature lovers, near the town, you will find biking and hiking trails through beautiful olive groves and vineyards which invite you to taste oils and wines at the various wineries in the surrounding area. For lovers of craft beers you can sample the local beers at the "Birrificio Felice". For fans of water sports on Garda Lake you can practice Kyte, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing.The City of San Felice has three ancient villages: San Felice, Portese and Cisano, all very pretty and typical, ideals for a holiday in any season!The elegant city of Salò, 5 km away, offers trendy boutiques, delicious restaurants and a spectacular waterfront promenade. Gardaland is 36 km away,Parco Natura Viva is about 45 km away, Caneva Aquapark and Movieland Park are about 40 km away.
