The apartment “Il Mare e Dintorni” is a nice studio for two persons at the fourth floor of a building with lift, situated on the harbour of Portoferraio. Recently renovated, this apartment is particulary recommended for those who reach Elba without bringing their car. In walking distance, you can reach the beautiful stony beach of Le Ghiaie and the old town of Portoferraio. This nice studio apartment for 2 persons, of about 25 sqm, has been completely renovated and it is near the harbour and the centre of Portoferraio. It is composed by a unique room with an equipped kitchenette, a comfortable double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace. The apartment has air condition, heating, Wi-Fi and TV. The furniture is new and very comfortable. The apartment has not its private parking place, but nearby there are some free public parkings.
