The apartment is located on the ground floor without stairs. It’s very close to the downtown of Montalcino
that can be reached by walking. There are two private parking lots in front of the door.
It’s provided with a covered terrace with sliding glass walls and a stunning view of the city-center fortress.
The terrace is perfect to be used in all seasons, and it is equipped with LED illumination that allows guests
to do any kind of activity all day long.
There are two bathrooms, one of which is completely equipped for people with disabilities.
There is also a super-equipped professional kitchen, featuring a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, an
oven, a small wine cellar with stable temperature, among other amenities.
