Property information

Beautiful, spacious flat with spectacular views of the sea, the bay and the islands of Tavolara and Molara. The flat is located within a gated villagio - residence complex, with access to a large communal swimming pool (there are several pools in the complex). It consists of two bedrooms with double beds (both bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers), a separate bathroom with WC and washbasin, a spacious living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchenette that gives you the possibility to prepare your own meals. It also has a huge, covered terrace facing the sea, where you can eat and relax. It is a perfect, beautiful and tranquil spot for Sardinian holidays.

Neighbourhood information

Located only 400 m from a private cove with beach (Cala Ambra) and 700 m from the wonderful sandy beaches - Spiaggia Bianca and Cala Sassari. From Olbia airport, the flat can be reached in 20 minutes by car, and you can reach the famous Costa Smeralda just as quickly - 32 km to the luxurious Porto Cervo - the town full of shops and restaurants.
