Nice independent apartment just 50metres far from the sea. The flat is located in Villanova di Ostuni (BR) and it consists of 2 large bedrooms (both double), one bathroom with shower, one kitchen and a large living room. The flat suits for 4 adults but one more person is welcome, there is a bed/sofà in the living room. Small children are allowed, just ask for a cot or crib in advance if you need it. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is air-conditioned. Pets are allowed but please just inform in advance. The distance from the sea is only 50 m from the marina where it is also possible to rent small boats or book tourist tours. It is available to rent a car on request and booking a shuttle from the airport or train station. The price for the car and shuttle change depending on the availability, please ask in advance.
My name is Domenico and I'm happy to host people from all around the world for more than 10 years. My flat is available for all tourists who enjoy travel and visit Puglia during the summer season but want to feel free and comfortable like in their house.
The flat is located in an area full of services, local shops, and restaurants. You can find a pharmacy and a First Aid assistant just in 50 meters. Chashmashine is available just 100 meters far. You can have a 5 minutes walk to get to the beach and many others bars.
