Magnificent place situated among the hills of Sangiovese, just 80 km from Florence, 85 from San Marino and only 15 km from Castrocaro SPA's (Land of the Sun). Modern apartment with a sauna and a separate entrance in an old farmhouse from the 15 hundreds situated on a hill surrounded by vineyards and olivets. Open space apartment suitable for families with children. On request we can add beds. Free for children under six years. We serve a vegan breakfast with excellent home-made products. We do not serve coffee for health reasons. Since the structure is located in the bosom of a non polluted nature surrounded by beautiful panoramic views, we have chosen not to have a TV in the apartment. There is WI-Fi which allows access to Internet.
We are a family with three children. We have a very sweet and playful white labrador, a goat, two ducks and chickens as pets and play mates for the children. We speak different languages and we love cultural exchanges. On request we cook for our guests delicious vegan meal. We can also provide for people with various food allergies. However just a few kilometers away are typical and cozy restaurants. We can advise you.
All around the property there are numerous possibilities for walks in nature on groomed trails that offer spectacular views. Our strong point is the beauty of nature, the unique views and tranquility. We are far from the frenzy, however, 6 minutes from Predappio Nuova, where there are several grocery stores and souvenirs.
