Hi, I’m Anna. My husband Fabio and I rent two flats in Bolzano to tourists. We are parents of two boys, and with us families with children, single guests, couples and small groups are welcome.

Property information

Two entire apartments of about 70 square meters each (750 sq. ft), centrally located, just ten-minute walk from Walther square (crossroads of Bolzano), next to the Ritten plateau cable car and convenient both to visit the city and for excursions in the surrounding area. 🚪🗝 The bedroom with a double bed and the living area with sofa bed are separated by doors that can be locked with keys. 🗝🚪 During the Christmas season, the nearby Walther square is the main area of the Christmas Market. If you are our guests, you can use buses buses, regional trains and cableways of the city of Bolzano for free: guests over age 6 receive a Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass. Meals and breakfast are not provided. During the cold period of the year, air conditioning may be unavailable.

Neighbourhood information

The house is right next to the cableway leading in 12 minutes to the enchanting Ritten plateau (famous for its earth pyramids), it's near the E5 European long distance path and the Oswald promenade and just behind the Magdalener vineyard. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the Karersee (Carezza lake). 📌 Opposite the building, there is a EuroSpin supermarket and a Mein Bistro bar restaurant. Just in front of the building, there is also the Ribo indoor garage for a fee (max. 20 Euro/day) and the Ritten's cable car (free with the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass). 📌 In the same building of the apartment there is a large store of organic products (Naturalia) and a well-stocked wine bottle dealer (Vinum). Included in the price, each guest over age 6 receives a Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass. This card provides the free use of public transport of the South Tyrolean Transportation Network (buses, regional trains and cableways of the city of Bolzano). The train station is about a ten-minute walk. The nearest bus stop is about 100 meters (1/16 mi.) away; the main bus station is about a five-minute walk.
