Ground floor apartment 900 meters from the sea with independent entrance, located in San Benedetto Del Tronto, new fully furnished apartment comprising: large kitchen/living room with fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with private bathroom, second bedroom with double bed, spacious main bathroom. The apartment is equipped with all accessories including air conditioning (use to be agreed), mosquito nets, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, TV, blender. NO breakfast included.
We are Michele and Barbara and we take care of managing our apartment in the best way. We devote attention to our guests and do our utmost to ensure a comfortable stay. We trust in the presence of wonderful people who respect the simple and banal house rules.
Just 100 meters from the apartment you will find: MD Supermarket, Masmau Hair Saloon, bus stop, tobacconist, bank, car and motorcycle mechanic. Playground for children and athletics field less than 200 mt. At 600 meters you will find: "La Fontana" Shopping Center which includes a pharmacy, a bar, a rotisserie, laundry, hairdressers, clothing stores, and optics. Papillon pizzeria restaurant, travel agency. - Madonna del Soccorso Hospital San Benedetto del Tronto AP 4 Km - Villa Anna private clinic 2,6 Km. Very quiet area suitable for families with children.
