The penthouse is an apartment consisting of a 200 square meter terrace with exclusive sea view at your disposal, equipped with a heated whirlpool tub with bubble spa, barbecue, relaxation lounge, shower, outdoor dining table, and sun loungers. Inside, it features a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils, including an oven. We provide a laundry area with a washing machine and sink. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. The entire space is exclusively available to you, ensuring utmost privacy and freedom during your stay. FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: Your children are welcome, and upon request, we can provide a crib, a high chair, and children's toys. FOR FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS: Dogs and cats are welcome here, and thanks to the large terrace, they can move around freely and safely. You will find yourself in the upper part of the village of Santo Stefano, a charming coastal town famous for its ceramics. Just two minutes from the apartment, you will be in the heart of the historic center, where you will find numerous bars, rotisseries, restaurants, and ceramic shops, all while staying in a quiet and peaceful area. The gym is located right in front of the apartment, while supermarkets are only 500 meters away from the house. Nearby, you will find numerous beaches, some equipped and others completely wild. We are located within the Nebrodi Park, where just a few kilometers away, you can find several hiking trails, and a little further, you will find the "Fiumara d'Arte," the largest open-air art park in Europe. Just a 20-minute drive away is the beautiful village of Cefalù and the city of Sant'Agata di Militello, from where you can depart to visit the Aeolian Islands. The penthouse is accessible by both train and private car. The train station of S. Stefano di Camastra is located 900 meters away. The penthouse has a private parking space.
